Ali, the board vice chair, is an adoptee from Guatemala through HOPE International, which would later become EVOLVE. Her parents helped found HOPE, and she grew up surrounded by the organization and its people. She carries a deep passion for the agency, and it’s rooted into who she is as a person, wife, mother and friend. She says she owes her life to those that made connections for a better adoption process in Minnesota and Internationally.
She and Dan, her husband of 21 years, have two beautiful daughters and live in White Bear Lake. They love to spend time with family and friends, and her family volunteers at the annual Kickball 4 A Cause tournament held each summer. They participate at all our other events, which the family has enjoyed for many years. Ali serves and volunteers as not only a way to give back, but to continue the legacy that her parents started 40 years ago.
