Colleen Madison, Elected April 2023, 1st term

Colleen is a Marketing Strategist at W.L Gore, a privately held global materials science company dedicated to transforming industries and improving lives. In this role, she is responsible for launching products for treating peripheral artery and venous diseases, developing integrated marketing campaigns, and developing compelling value propositions for the hospital customer. She has over twenty years of marketing, sales, and clinical research experience in the Life Science industry.

Before Gore, she was with several other Medical Device companies, including Cardiovascular Systems, Medtronic, and Boston Scientific, where she held leadership positions in Upstream Marketing, Clinical Research, and Global Downstream Marketing. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The College of St. Scholastica, an MBA from the University of St Thomas, and a Certificate for Clinical Research from the University of Minnesota.

Colleen is looking forward to working with EVOLVE, an organization that shares her views and values and makes a difference in the local community by helping children and families in need.

Colleen lives in Stillwater, Minnesota, with her husband and two teenage daughters. In her free time, she enjoys watching her girls play club volleyball, running, reading, and enjoying the beautiful lakes in Minnesota.
