Jacqueline Phanthavong, Board Chair, is an adoptee from Korea with a passion for helping others and making societal impact. Her inspiration comes from her family and the personal mission of improving the future. Jacqueline is dedicated to non-profit empowerment, focused on children, advocacy and support of others, while changing and enriching lives. In 2013, Jacqueline joined the Board at EVOLVE Adoption and Family Services, an organization whose mission aligns with her personal passions.
Jacqueline attended St. Catherine University, graduating with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and has worked the past seven years at Robert Half as a Director of Permanent Placement Services. Her team focuses on taking a consultative approach to enriching professional lives and bringing together clients and candidates. She also serves as the Lead for the Philanthropic Community Involvement Team, whose mission is to engage event participation and fundraising, impacting various organizations in the Twin Cities area. Jacqueline also serves on the Young Professionals Board for Cornerstone, an organization dedicated to advocacy for domestic violence, sexual violence and human trafficking.
She and, her husband, Kap, are blessed with two young sons, Grayson and Parker, and enjoy staying busy in an ever-changing world.
