Online Parent Support Group Flyer (April 2021)
My name is Kelly Tronstad and I am a Family Support Coach with Children’s Home/Lutheran Social Service. I provide education and support to families that are going through the foster care/adoption process. I am also the facilitator for the Greater MN Parent Support Group along with a wonderful array of CHLSS social workers throughout Minnesota: Lisa Edel, Angie Haugen, Dianne Delaney, and Kathryn Ostlund. This support group is open to any family working with any agency or county in Minnesota.
We are thrilled to offer an online space every month to families on their journey through the foster care/adoption process to share experiences, offer support, and show care and compassion for others who walk a similar path as they do. We know that parenting can be an isolating experience. We also know that there is no better feeling than knowing you are not alone. Please join us as we share a welcoming, non-judgmental space the third Wednesday of every month from 12-1:30pm to create community for all of our families throughout Minnesota. We look forward to seeing you!
