Jessica Boner, MSW, LISCW, CISW

Clinical and Education Programs Director

Jessica is the Clinical and Education Programs Director at EVOLVE. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Metropolitan State University and holds an MSW from the University of St. Thomas and St. Catherine University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Minnesota. Jessica has a variety of experience in different settings and working with different groups of people. Currently, her direct practice is primarily family preservation; providing therapy to families in their home and supporting them through crises and trauma. In the past, Jessica has worked with adults with developmental disabilities and pregnant and parenting adolescent girls in a school setting. Since discovering a passion working in child welfare, she’s worked in adoption, child mental health, and with families in crisis on varying levels. Jessica is currently completing the Permanency and Adoption Competency Certification (PACC) training to be recognized as an adoption-competent therapist as well as the Training in Adoption Competency (TAC). Jessica has expertise in the following areas; Family Therapy, strengths-based approach, couples therapy, communication/conflict resolution, individual therapy, attachment theory, adoption, trauma, depression, anxiety, child development and transitions, and cognitive behavioral theory. 

Outside of work and spending time with family, Jessica enjoys painting, doing DIY projects around the house and yard, and reading.
