EVOLVE Family Services Child-Specific Recruitment
In collaboration with youth, EVOLVE’s CSR focuses on self-defined and age-appropriate permanency options. This includes permanency through adoption or kinship placements. This also encompasses youth who are not interested in permanency, rather are interested in supportive services as they transition to adulthood. EVOLVE’s CSR ensures these plans are developed alongside youth and are based on the youth’s vision for their future.
At EVOLVE, staff provides personalized and lifelong support to all youth and families within our programs. EVOLVE practices with intention to serve individuals, families, and communities with an anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and equitable lens. EVOLVE staff partner with individuals of any age, ethnicity, culture, sexual orientation, gender identity, and family structure
