Betsy Williams

Betsy Williams works in early career recruiting at Ecolab in St Paul. In her role, she focuses on bringing diverse talent into all of Ecolab’s early career programs to build a strong pipeline of diverse future leaders to the organization.

Betsy’s passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion roots back to her college experience at the University of St. Thomas when through a learning through service course, she joined a local Minneapolis non-profit organization and worked as a development volunteer + marketing committee lead for four years before joining Evolve in fall of 2022. She is a born and raised local to Minnesota and loves living in the vibrant downtown Minneapolis community!
