Families FORE Kids Golf Tournament is an important event for EVOLVE Family Services. Funds raised from this event support EVOLVE’s dedication to a world where everyone has nurturing, permanent and supportive familial relationships.
Our 13th Annual Families FORE Kids Golf Tournament will be held at the beautiful Oak Marsh Golf Course in Oakdale, Minnesota.
The cost is $150 per golfer/ $550 per foursome which includes: an 18-hole tournament, lunch, golf cart, and awards presentation. We also have fun golf games and contests.
Can’t decide who you are golfing with? Use TBD for the required names of fellow golfers for registration if unknown. Please provide the names and contact information before September 1, 2023.
