EVOLVE has helped find families for children from the U.S. and 52 other countries. These children are boys and girls ranging in age from one day to 17 years old. For prospective adoptive parents living in Minnesota and western Wisconsin, we provide adoption home studies and post-placement supervision for U.S. and international adoptions.
