Waiting families are those looking to match with individuals or couples that have have created an adoption plan. EVOLVE created Waiting Families to highlight individuals and families wanting to provide permanency for infants.
All families hoping to adopt need to have an adoption home study done by a licensed agency. Once a family has completed their home study, they are ready to adopt.
